Benched

My back is hurting bad.  I'm so annoyed.  I think I really pulled a muscle, and I'm not sure what to do about it.  Now that I am off the steroids, I'm not feeling quite as well as I had been.  I feel really tired and run down, and I think the steroids just masked all the symptoms I had.  I'm also wondering if they masked the pain from my pulled back muscle because it hurts more now than it did at the beginning of the week when it happened.

Either way, I'm going to talk to my physical therapist about it when I see her on Monday, and I'll just have to take it easy this weekend.

I look forward to the day when I can workout without having to worry about my multiple injuries.  I can't imagine how much faster I'd lose weight if I wasn't constantly sitting on the bench, waiting to be able to run back into the game.

Love your picture...lol.

Yes being injured is annoying, but, did you notice Tom Brady didn't rush back into the game when he was hurt. Smart people know they have to heal. Be SMAHT

The picture is really cute.

That totally stinks but you need to really get better... not just mask the symptoms.

When you sprang up like super woman 3 hours after having started the meds, I was very skeptical... now I know why... I had no idea that the steroids masked symptoms like that... oh my.

A girl at my work had a similar experience with steriods and when I told her about you, she freaked and said you need to not get more and to get better on your own or else you'll have a big set back... she did.

But I get it that you're sick of feeling this way and you just want to feel better, even if it's masking the pain.

Dang...
