Lighter tuna salad


Here's a quick healthy tip - light tuna in water can be a healthy, protein packed lunch.  Rather than moistening the tuna with lots of low fat mayo, just use a little mayo and pour in some pickle juice.  It will moisten the tuna nicely, while giving it a low fat kick!

I jus almost threw up, you get my aversion to fish
