Meal Plan


For breakfast and lunch this next week, I'm planning on having yogurt, sugar free carnation instant breakfast, cereal and leftovers.  My daily dinner plan is below (all meats are free range, grass fed):

Saturday:  Herb roasted chicken with roasted sweet potatoes, onions, carrots, parsnips and white potatoes

Sunday:  Turkey and 3 bean chili

Monday:  Vegetable chicken soup

Tuesday:  Leftovers from Sat - Mon

Wednesday:  Orzo pasta with basil, parmesan, asiago and chicken sausage

Thursday: Turkey tacos!

Friday:  Taco salad (with left overs)

I was just thinking how lazy I am and how much additional planning this all takes.
