I talked to my PT today about my back and neck injuries, and she just said I need to take it easy. All I am going to focus on is my PT exercises for my knee until my neck and back pain go away. I've been so stiff all weekend, and I really can't wait to start working out again.
I know that if I'm cautious now, that time will come sooner than if I push it, so I'm trying to be patient. It's not really a strong point of mine.
Tomorrow is the big loser weigh in. I'm trying to be really careful with my sodium today so I'm not up any water weight. I'm really curious to see how all of the competition has been doing! I have scaled back my calories just a bit since I haven't been working out, so I have done my best. I don't think there's anything I could have done better under the circumstances.

Most people only have to hear relax once, why do you need to be hit over the head with it...lol
