Scamper on over to my Scampi

I really outdid myself last night.

I kid!

I wanted to make something really quick and really delicious, so I ended up making shrimp scampi over whole grain noodles - it was really easy and quite fantastic.

After sauteeing some fresh sliced garlic in olive oil Pam and a little reduced sodium organic sea salt (that's a mouthful), I added in the fresh cooked shrimp with a little garlic salt and tossed that around for a while, then I added in a good amount of white wine that cooked down, and I was out of fresh parsely, so I used tarragon, a cap full of Rose's lime juice, 2 tblsp of light butter and grown pepper and that was it!

We had some pasta already cooked from earlier in the week, so I justed heated it up in the pan I used to cook the other goodness, and it was a meal rich with flavor, and it took about 10 minutes to make from start to finish.
