Week 3 Meal Plan


Sunday - Taco Salad
Monday - Shrimp with hot mustard sauce and vegetable "fried" rice
Tuesday - Risotto with porcini mushrooms and mascarpone (from Cooking Light!)
Wednesday - Teriyaki steak with red bliss potato salad and bacon "fried" green beans (LIGHT recipe coming!!)
Thursday - Chicken stir fry
Friday - Sushi!
Saturday - 5 alarm chili with sweet onion cornbread
