Yummy winter meal


Last night, Darcy called me as she was sitting in Friday night traffic in the snow storm, and I told her I had just the thing to cheer her up for dinner!  I made her grilled cheese with tomato soup.  If you use the low fat, store brand wheat or whole grain, you can usually find something in the neighborhood of 70 calories for 2 slices.  That with one piece of cheese is a 130 calorie sandwich with a side of soup for one serving at 90 calories.  A heart warming dinnner for only 220 calories!  To make the grilled cheese low fat, just use pam for the pan, and a little butter spray on the bread and you will have crispy, toasted goodness in no time!
