Cortisone Shot

I got the shot today in my knee.  My MD warned me saying, "I'm not going to lie - this is going to hurt like a banshee."  LOL

I braced for the pain, and I only felt a mild discomfort.  As she was injecting the shot, I hadn't flinched or moved or anything, and she said she couldn't believe I wasn't moving at all. 

So she isn't going to re-up my physical therapy for now.  She said just keep doing the exercises and we'll see how I do with the shot. 

I'm going to start training again on Saturday.  She told me to take it easy today and tomorrow.

I can't wait!
