I had to go to the MD yesterday, and I wasn't looking forward to being weighed. They like to weigh us every single time we go there, and it's kind of annoying. For some reason, with shoes on and all, the scale showed me as down 35 lbs from the beginning of the year. I know I switched scales at home, but I can't imagine it could be off by 10 lbs...that just doesn't make sense...
It was fun thinking for a minute that I could have lost that much. hehe
I was going to tell them I thought it was off, but then I thought I'll just work really hard to make sure that number is actually right the next time I see them!
I was down another 2 lbs this morning, and now I'm hoping to be down 5 lbs this week by the weigh in on Tuesday. I've been keeping my calories low and working out again, so it may be a good week for a little boost in the weight loss, but I'll be happy if it's even 2 at the end of the week. Any loss is a good loss!
A fun thing I have learned is that rolaids can stave off hunger for an hour or so. :)
