Hello, PMS!

I don't know what happened, but my appetite is back.  Hello!  I hadn't missed you!  This is never my favorite time of month because not only do I eat more, but I'm bloated.  I appear to have had no loss on the scale this week, which makes sense under these circumstances.  I just hope it ends soon.

In the mean time, I need to sweat some of this bloat and chocolate out.  LOL

You've been doing great and PMS is temporary!

You'll have a big loss next week now that you can work out.

Sorry about your PMS. But you did this last time around, and with your ability to work out restored, your lap band being utilized again, and you overcommitment to calorie couting and eating healthy...all of the components are there for success.
