My scale broke last week from overuse, no doubt, so I brought in one of my other scales as a back up. I stopped using it because it fluctuated too much and wasn't very reliable, so I'm not sure why I'm using it now. I don't know how I'm going to record my weigh in tomorrow.
Perhaps if I have time tonight, I'll go get the same scale as I had before. I think it was ordered online, and I don't know if I can find it locally. Either way, I'll have to guestimate something this week, and then going forward, I'll just start losing again from whatever number I'm on now. I'm not sure how else to do it.
I didn't make the best choices this weekend, although they weren't the worst either, and my portions were small, but I'm on a liquid diet today to even it out. Carnation instant breakfast, it is!
